Våren er en periode med få jaktmuligheter, men det er nå du kan bruke tiden på å finne ditt paradis for høsten 2019.

Mange fjellstyrer forbereder i disse dager informasjon på nett om sine tilbud innen småviltjakt. Pågangen er stor fra ivrige jegere og skal du jakte med hund må du være på hugget for å få deg jakt. Hos mange fjellstyrer må du søke om å få jaktkort de første ukene. Senere på høsten åpnes det ofte for fritt kortsalg hvis bestandene er store nok til å takle et større uttak av fugl.

Mange fjellstyrer benytter 1. april som søknadsfrist, men det forekommer enkelte med andre frister. Noen benytter sine egne nettsider, andre benytter Inatur hvor man både administrerer søknader og foretar elektronisk trekning.

Noen fjellstyrer legger ut jaktkort på Inatur.no etter “først til mølla”-prinsippet. Dato for salgsåpning opplyses ofte i god tid slik at alle rekker å betale jegeravgift og forberede seg før salget starter. Salgsåpning annonseres ofte både via Inatur.no og via fjellstyrenes nett- og facebooksider.

Vi vil også på fjellstyrene.no og våre facebook-sider informere om salgsåpninger og søknadsfrister for en rekke fjellstyrer.

Tilsammen er fjellstyrene størst i Norge når det gjelder å tilby småviltkort og selger årlig ca 25.000 kort. Dette variere selvsagt noe i forhold til bestandene. Prisene er rimelige og reguleres av Miljødirektoratet i en egen forskrift.
